sudo install -d -m 0755 /etc/apt/keyrings
curl -fsSL https://deb.griffo.io/EA0F721D231FDD3A0A17B9AC7808B4DD62C41256.asc | sudo gpg --dearmor --yes -o /etc/apt/keyrings/deb.griffo.io.gpg

apt updatesudo apt install extrepo
sudo extrepo enable griffo

Worth the convenience!
The transition was smooth, and it's very convenient to manage all my packages via apt. Would totally recommend it - it is worth paying for this convenience.
$15/year is a no-brainer.
Tracks upstream well, and I don't have to think about it again. That's the pitch! Seriously, though, this is pretty convenient and it's a great way to discover and keep up with other tools and utilities that I should probably be using. It's nice to have every machine in my home lab (Debian, Ubuntu, and derivatives like PopOS!) all running similar tooling; I use this as part of my build script.
Very useful to install Deno on Debian 13
It worked as expected. Now I have Deno running on my Debian 13 laptop and I will use this repo to install also in one server. Deno is a Javascript engine used for web development. I discovered also ZapZap (a clone of whatsapp desktop client for Linux) and I an using it. Everything worked as expected. Congratulations.

Great repo but usage instruction could be better
The repo is great. But I had problems to migrate to the authenicated version. The instructions I got by mail didn't work out of the box and I had to do it manully.
Happy Customer
I am pretty happy. One minor "incident": For 3 days download speed in Germany was veeery slow (~30 KB/s on the free repo), but this was fixed pretty fast. No problems since then (on the free or "paid" repo (~1 Month)). All packets are installing cleanly, updates are very fast once upstream releases are available (< 1 day for my packages). Dario did help swiftly with the need for an invoice.
Good
Whenever an app is released a new version, this repo already provides packages in less an hour. What is unfortune to me is that I live far away from the host (Viet Nam <-> UK), so the download speed is not good to me. I have to run my own proxy server to improve the situation.

- GPG-signiert, direkt in apt
- Alle 8 Debian- und Ubuntu-Suites
- Quellpakete inklusive
Früher über Buy Me a Coffee unterstützt?
